For the past three months we have been working on our own project - the one that is always left to the last - the one that very few businesses get around to actually doing, but is on the top of the list of most marketing managers across the world - update the website!
www.projects.com.au has had a facelift and added a couple of features to their site, such a Free E-Report, Tips and tricks of keeping your project on track, we have linked our Facebook and Linkedin pages and created a Twitter account. And of course, we now have a blog. Our case studies have also been updated and are a great way to see the projects and results we have delivered.
The aim is to create a conversation with our friends - exchange ideas or perhaps even discover the secret of good project management. Unlike Facebook and Linkedin where everyone can share - this will be secure our place. So keep an eye out for my blog posts and I look forward to hearing from all of you soon.
